PROEF NOTITIE Deep ruby-red color with the typical orange tones inherent in Rioja. Velvety and round in the mouth, filling the palate with long lasting sensations, showing a wide range of delicate red fruit wrapped by the smoky nuances and the vanilla hints from the new American oak. In the finish, soft, pleasant and smooth tannins from the Tempranillo combined with its good acidity and balance assure this wine an excellent evolution. VINIFICATIE Variety 100% Tempranillo, picked, for the most part, from our own vineyards in the Rioja Alta (Cenicero). Oak ageing during 16 months in new American oak (medium toasted barriques, 225 litres capacity). Rounded off afterwards in the bottle for a further three years before release for sale.
