Deze wijn, afkomstig van oude, biologische wijngaarden die op granieten en schalie bodems staan aangeplant in de Sierra de Gredos. De wijn heeft een diepe, robijnrode kleur, in de neus rood fruit, bramen, en sinaasappel zest. In de mond zacht, verfijnd met rijpe tannines en milde zuren. Prachtige lange, minerale afdronk.

PEGASO ZETA
This is our most pleasant, most delicate and accessible wine of the Sierra de Gredos. Made with grapes from our own old organic Garnacha vineyards plus some from our suppliers. The slate and granite soils are blended, giving depth and fruit character to this wine.

Place: El Robledillo, El Mojón, Presidente
Variety: 100% Garnacha
Viticulture: Traditional, organic. Old bushvines. Manual harvest.
Processing and aging: Native yeasts. 6 months in French barrels of 5oo liters of different origins and ages. 6 months in steel tanks.
Soils: Mixture of slate and granitic soils on a base of magmatic rock. Shallow soils of coarse texture and with a lot of drainage.
